The Many Benefits of Far Infrared Saunas

You may not know it but there are many health benefits to using FAR Infrared Saunas.

I first learned about these saunas when treating for late stage Lyme Disease. What I learned was they are great for detoxing the body of just about all types of toxins.

Infrared Saunas are low heat 140F because they heat the Body directly through the skin achieving deep penetration and stimulate the tissues and organs to release toxins.

They will not cause respiratory distress, make you dizzy or faint like traditional saunas that get up to 185-195F

The Far Infrared Saunas are great for those with chronic illness who can not handle the harsh environments of the traditional saunas and need a deeper detox.

Precision Therapy far infrared saunas starting at only $199 with free shipping!

I have been considering investing in a big unit for a long time now, I will be 'favouriting' this lens so that I can re-visit and learn more about the pros and cons of the infrared saunas for detoxing before I make any decisions. Great lens filled with resources, thanks!

This is excellent, Paul! I'm curious why the "slimming blanket" is sooo much more $$$ & why it's called "slimming"? Does that have to do w/ weight loss or it's "slim" structure? I'm "this close" to making my purchase & can't wait!!! :)
