Everyone admires beauty in some way- we are just hard wired for it. Beauty, however, is something of an enigma and as one very well-known cliche says: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I think that is true, but I also think there is something more to the science of what makes us think something or someone is beautiful.
My lenses don't take you deeply into the metaphysical journey of what is beautiful so much as celebrate it. And it is also an interest of mine to learn the practice of cultivating the art of being as beautiful as we might want to be -which for me often takes the form of nurturing good health. Maybe appreciation of beauty and learning to accentuate our personal attractiveness go hand in hand.
Inner beauty is probably the most important and overlooked beauty tip there is. We gloss over it, taking for granted that yes, it's true but we want to get on to the "real" business of being beautiful, sexy, or glamorous...whatever it is that we personally call "beautiful".
