Author Lauren Solomon is the founder of Strategic i Image Consulting in New York City; president of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI); a faculty member of Image Consulting Certification Program at The Fashion Institute of Technology; creator and lead instructor of the professional skills workshop, The Brand Called Me, at the New York University Stern School of Business, and the former vice president of Professional Image Development at The Chase Manhattan Bank. She is regularly featured in the media and is committed to expanding the awareness of and access to image consulting worldwide.

Jo attended Rutgers University and Parsons School of Design and spent 18 years in various aspects of the fashion industry in Washington D.C., New York City and the Bahamas. Starting out in sales, merchandising and displays then moving into the position of buyer and upper management she worked in all the higher end markets of women's fashions including the European shows.

Denise Bach is the CEO of Yaktivate.com, and before her makeover with Lauren Solomon, a fashion disaster. She hosts shows with Lauren Solomon from time to time which chronicle her makeover process with Lauren, including advice for listeners on such topics as how to pack for extended trips in one suitcase, how to add items to a basic wardrobe to change it up for the seasons and how to pack for a month and only pack 6 pairs of shoes.
