Design It Yourself Colthes Patternmaking Simplified
This is currently my bedside reading book and also the book I'm currently working from trying to complete all the project listed to give myself a basic understanding before I move on to my more advance books. But I can I am in love with it, its so easy to read and understand and most of the patterns are basics that everyone uses especially me. The only downside I would have to say about the book is the lack of diagrams to help with interpreting the directions, she does have them but they are not as clear as I would like, the armsye draft is still confusing me a bit.
