Fastball the Band

It was a very small crowd. (The Basement IS small). But the music and the show, incredible. Those on hand this night got to see a very very good rock band do their very refined show up-close-and-personal. Frontmen Tony Scalzo and Miles Zuniga are truly in a league of their own, as is the whole band. Nashville performers who play routinely in pick-up bands or have a band that plays out occasionally could really do themselves a favor and catch bands like this who have played together for years, in this case, many years. YOU GET TIGHT and your shows become riveting. Yes, these guys go back a ways, selling millions of records in the late nineties on the strength of their SONGS, like the classic, "The Way." Their new record, "Little White Lies" is available independently...of course they have no label, who does? But they will be touring summer 2009 with Sugar Ray. If you love great bands that hearken back to the classic British-Rock influenced days of yore...CATCH FASTBALL THE BAND!
