If you are looking for the fastest way to gain muscle, then you are definitely in the right spot. You see, gaining muscle is not about pumping your body full of supplements OR spending hours in the gym. Thought gaining muscle does take hard work, it also requires you to work SMART at the same time.

The first thing you need is to know why you have such a hard time gaining muscle. I myself am one of those "hard gainers" which suck at putting on muscle.

The main reason why you cannot pack on the muscle is because your metabolism is ultra fast. This means that it burns tons of calories even when you are resting. In essence, your body does not have anything to build muscle with since your body is burning all the calories that your ingest.

Before you start complaining about how much you hate your metabolism, keep in mind that this is a blessing in disguise. This means that you're going to likely stay skinny and fit-looking while all your friends grow pot bellies as they get older.

So we have already established that your metabolism is the one to blame for your difficulties for gaining muscle. But you can get around this and still gain the muscle you want.

How?

Ha ha. Don't worry I'm only kidding. What you actually need to do is simply consume MORE calories than your metabolism burns. Here's what you do:

For the next couple of weeks stick to your normal eating habits. Count every single calorie that you consume during your meals and snacks. After a couple weeks you will be able to get an average daily caloric intake.

Once you have this number, you are going to add 400-500 more calories to it. If you can stay consistent with this diet, you WILL gain the muscle you want. Beware: Stay away from junk food. They will lead you to gain a lot of fat rather than lean muscle.

Your diet is responsible for about 80% of your results. So if you can consistently consume 400-500 more calories than your body burns, you will begin gaining muscle really fast. I truly believe this is the fastest way to gain muscle.

As long as you have a quality workout program, you will be set.
