Fastest Way to Learn Spanish
Once people take the plunge and decide to learn Spanish, the second thought is usually "What's the fastest way to learn Spanish?"
The answer to that is probably to immerse yourself totally in the language, to the point that you have no choice but to learn. The sink or swim method, so to speak. Of course, this is probably the most stressful, not to mention least practical, way to learn Spanish.
On the other hand, most folks sign up for a local class once they decide to learn Spanish. And this is probably the slowest way to learn a new language. You are at the mercy of the class schedule for learning. If it meets a few times a week, then you only learn 2 or 3 lessons per week no matter if you are ready to learn more. And you spend the rest of the time doing your best not to forget what you have learned.
Fortunately, today's technology has made it possible to put a Spanish tutor in your pocket, so to speak. Computer programs and audio courses make it possible to learn Spanish at the pace that is right for you and at your own schedule.
Prior to taking a vacation, my family and I decided that we wanted to learn as much Spanish as possible before we left. After checking out all of the programs, we picked Rocket Spanish as the program that gave us the best features at a reasonable price. We absolutely loved it! But there are others out there. Find the one that best suits you.
Once you have picked the Spanish program that is right for you, use it as much as possible to learn as quickly as possible. The key is to learn at a pace that doesn't leave you feeling stressed and frustrated. Once you get in that state you aren't learning anything anyway, so stick to what feels good.
And to really learn Spanish as fast as possible, immerse yourself as much as possible. Watch Spanish TV programs, listen to Spanish music, read (or just look through) Spanish magazines, watch DVDs in Spanish if they give you the option, listen to Spanish audio books, read Spanish books (children's books are a great place to start).
You don't have to understand every word. The more you hear the words, the better your pronunciation is going to be. The more you see the words, the faster you will build your vocabulary. And the more exposure to Spanish you get the faster you will learn sentence structure and grammar. And you get all of these benefits whether you are understanding it all or not.
Your local library and the internet are both great places to check out for Spanish resources. For your convenience more have been listed below.

Which Language Learning System is Best?
There are a lot of language learning systems available, and everyone has different wants and needs. While I chose RocketSpanish to meet my needs, here are some others. Go ahead, rate them. Let us know.
And remember, you aren't limited to just one choice when you are learning Spanish. While it is probably best to stick to just one system for the majority of your learning, that doesn't mean that you can't use other systems and resources to increase your exposure and speed up your learning.

Do You Squidoo?
If not you should... It's fun and it's free!

I love Squidoo. I can put up web pages about anything that I want, for free. And I make money! I've been looking into the world of internet marketing for awhile, but never made any money at it until I starting using Squidoo. I may not be making a fortune. Yet! But I am making money at last, and without spending a dime too.
I had heard of Squidoo in passing and wanted to learn more about it. I found SquidooSecrets.com and was able to download two free reports, Paulie Sabol Interviews Bob The Teacher and "How Do You Do, Squidoo?" Orientation Guide To Squidoo, that helped me to get started making money on Squidoo. I also got a series of emails that helped me to learn even more. All for free. Just the way I like it!
Head on over and get your free guide to making money with Squidoo.
