Bought this for my 5 year old and he loved it. Unfortunately the battery life is short. You charge it for 4 hours and it only runs for 15 minutes so that was dissapointing. I hope they come up with a better battery life. We returned the product.

Bought this for my 5 year old son's birthday. He loves monster trucks and R/C cars. I have to admit, this is the biggest one I have ever seen. I thought it would be smaller but once we saw it in the store, this thing is a monster! It has lights and sounds, which you can turn the sounds off if you like. I bought an extra 9.6V battery for it and the protection plan. He has had it for a few days and so far, so good. He loves it!! Although it is a little pricey, I think any boy would love to have fun with it. It is about as big as my son. It may take a while for a child to learn the controls as you have to press the two buttons at the same time.
