I am on my second 11-day cycle and haven't lost more than 2 pounds. Two pounds in essentially 22 days of following the plan closely isn't very encouraging. I just completed my first 11 day cycle and the hardest day was the vegetable only day but I'm really happy because I lost 5 inches off of my hips, 1.5 inches off my chest and an inch off my waist - it's only about 4 or 5 pounds lost but a lot of inches which makes me feel completely different so I highly recommend the diet and recommend taking measurements - not just weight.
