Fat Loss - A piece of cake
These so-called gurus are trying to tell you that it's HARD to lose any weight, and you need the Fat Loss Extreme Ultra X3000 to be successful in weight loss.
Bullshit.
In the end, fat loss boils down to two things:
Eating right
Exercise
In fact, you could do with just the first one, though you'll miss out on those awesome looking muscles and stamina and all that.
However, it does not work the other way around.
If you simply exercise for some quick fat loss you're not gonna get there.
For maximum speed and results, you need a combination of both. If you have, fat loss is a piece of cake.
This is all the Fat Loss Stuff
What I'll be covering. No, not sheets, but fat loss.
Fat Loss 101
How hard can it be?
If you just wanna experience that "fat loss feeling" (i.e. "Holy shit I lost 2 pounds!") some common sense and a few guidlines is enough.
Like, eat regularly throughout the day, every three hours or so. Don't skip a meal! More is less... This is a very important part of fat loss, if you just eat like twice a day, your brain's gonna think "Hmm, I'm not getting proper nutrition very often. I think I'll have to start saving up the fat I've got for later when I need it".
You see, many people feel proud and like they've done something good when they've gotten by on one meal in a day. This is so, so wrong. If you don't eat regularly, your body is going to go into 'hibernation mode' and it will actually start STORING fat. This diet plan will only push you further and further away from your fat loss goals.
Eat lots and lots of vegetables, fruits and fibers and proteins. Avoid the sugary stuff. This is another vital ingredient in fat loss.
Honestly, to get you started in your journey through fat loss, that should be enough for you to see some tangible results.
Fat Loss - Shooting for Peak Performance
You're gonna need that second fat loss ingredient.
If you want to take the fat loss to the degree where you actually look LEAN, you're gonna need that second, scary ingredient that so many people are afraid of.
Can you guess the second ingredient to the fat loss formula?
Yeah you guessed it - exercise.
Proper foods + proper eating + regular exercise = Lean body, sharp mind.
That's the almighty fat loss equation.
Now look, I'm not gonna tell you to do some magic fat loss exercise, i.e. "do this exercise, do that exercise, jump 18 feet off the ground in a sandbox for super strong calves".
Any exercises will do, and as far as I'm concerned there's no specific exercises engineered for rapid fat loss. Anything will do really, except for maybe sit-ups, those will probably do you more harm than good.
Anything will do as long as you exercise regularly. Yeah there's the word again, seems to be a magic fat loss word doesn't it? Regurarly. I'm not even sure if I spell it right but I honestly do not care.
Actually, when I think about it, to experience fat loss, you have to do everything regularly!
You can't just exercise like, "once in a while" or once a month. Same thing goes for eating well. Fat loss just doesn't work like that.
Now, to achieve ANY goal, including fat loss, you need the magic three words... the key to success...
Ready?
FPP.
That's something to remember in your fat loss obsessed mind.
FOCUS,
PERSISTENCE,
PATIENCE.
There you have it. That's the magic success (fat loss) formula.
My Recommendation for Rapid Fat Loss
Fat Loss Extreme
I'm not some personal trainer either.
I'm just a regular dude who just happens to know a bit about exercising and fat loss and what's worked for me. I'm a martial artist, and that and fat loss go hand in hand if you let it. Except for sumo wrestling :P.
I need someone to guide me too, maybe not so much anymore, but I've read several books on fat loss and building muscle (etc) and I still turn to them for reference.
As I've said, I've read MANY books on fat loss. But, in my opinion, most of them tell you the exact same thing and it often seems like the authors are just some fat kids trying to make quick buck and they hire in some models to show people their "perfect bodies". That they got after following their awesome fat loss program, of course.
Now, my TOP recommendation for losing weight would be Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle, by Tom Venuto. Tom is actually a professional Natural body builder, totally against steroids and all that... He knows what he's talking about.

Fortunately, he's released a book, revealing all of his fat loss. It's the best out there, bar none.
It's like the "Fat Loss Bible".
And if you get your fat loss going, you need this book. You cannot afford NOT to have it.
This fat loss book extraordinaire has been a bestseller since 2003!! That's how good it is.
The cost is $39.95, which was a pleasant surprise when I first came across his web site. Usually these books cost the double or even triple, but they don't even contain half or the VALUE.
The second pleasant surprise is that it's in an electronic book format. That means that you can INSTANTLY buy it and start your fat loss, after your purchase.
And if you have a credit card or a paypal account (or knows someone who has)... YOU CAN.
The cost is like less than your last Pizza.
I won't blabber on much longer now, so just go check it out, OK?
Promise?

Hi Ted, I'm not sure actually, I won't sign up for their course just to confirm this. Because simply, I don't need it. But seriously, the book is HUGE, I'm sure you can find a way to make them compliment each other.
Thanks, and Good luck!

Hi, may I know whether following the methods provided at the burn the fat thingy you recommend will interrupt a free diet that I'm following at this Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website?

Don't judge a book by it's cover!
Honestly, the site looks pretty gay and very sales letter-ish. But seriously, it IS a great book, no matter how the site looks.
So, just check it out.
