Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a web based diet program where you will learn the importance of setting your weight loss goals together the basics of how to and how not to eat.

As well as an informative handbook, you will also have access to what is called the diet generator, which will churn out eleven days of meal plans once you have selected from the list of preferred food choices.

Those food choices are made up fruit and vegetables together with lean proteins. There are also sources of fat from the likes of eggs and cottage cheese and starchy carbohydrate foods such as oats and pasta.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than fifteen years and yet our society is becoming more and more overweight. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat diet is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets Do Not Work

You will not lose weight following a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight.

Low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then you reach what is known as the dieting plateau where weight loss comes to abrupt halt. You will never become slim simply by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans Do Not Work

Low carbohydrate diet plans have become all the rage over recent years although you will probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using these plans.

The problem with low carb menus is that they are not only strict but also too difficult to follow for average dieters.

Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many folks tend to find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

Replace Food with Better Food

One of the first things you should do is to replace rice, pasta and breads with vegetables. This isn't like the Atkins diet, in which you drop the carbohydrates in your diet. This technique replaces a type of carbohydrate with another type of carbohydrate, providing your diet with a better way to burn them altogether. Fruits and veggies are better fat burners than rice, pasta and breads, so they will help you reduce your body fat.

Drink Plenty of Water

Next, drink plenty of water each day. Consuming a lot of water actually makes it harder for the fat to stick to your body, allowing you to lose body fat and keep it off. Water also flushes your body out and removes harmful toxins, creating a better body system with which to fight off body fat. Water also raises your energy level, if you drink enough of it, and can improve your concentration.

Do Some Light Resistance Training

If you add some light resistance training to your workout and you do it before you do any cardio, you'll find that you will have an easier time with your goal to lose body fat. This occurs because your body does not actually burn fat for the first portion of your exercise, so it is better to allow your body to warm up to lose body fat. Elevate your heart rate by doing some light training, then go forward with the whole routine.

A proper diet, keeping well hydrated and regular exercise are excellent and cost-efficient ways to improve health without spending large amounts of money. Expensive diets and special programs to reduce body fat percentage are not required to lose weight, but creativity and a genuine commitment are. If an individual is serious about losing body fat and is willing to put in the time and energy toward doing so, then that's already one foot on the road to better health.
