Fat Loss For Idiots seems to be one of the more popular diet programs floating around the internet these days. Going through my chubby stage every few months has me looking a different diet plans and exercise programs available on the internet. I ran across this program that talked about calorie shifting to help lose weight and boost metabolism, So I started my research on Fat Loss For Idiots.
Fat Loss For Idiots claims that you can lose 9 lbs in 11 days. Their not the first nor the last diet plan to make such claims. It was still worth investigating. I'm not going to dispute the claim because I've lost that much weight before, though most of it was water weight. The thing I did find interesting about fat loss 4 idiots were the basic guidelines of their weight loss program.
They are really quite simple yet most people never think about it. They are:

* Eating at home instead of eating out.
* Making sure you drink plenty of water (about a gallon a day)

* Exercise some, walk a little bit every day (30 mins or so)
