There are millions of products that promise to do the heavy work for you. Some may work to some extent, others not. Most products recommend that in addition to their product you should eat "sensibly" and exercise for it to work. Guess what? If you really, I mean REALLY, desperately want to lose weight you don't need those pills. Just do the "eat sensibly" and the "exercise" part and you'll be fine.
