How to Lose Weight and Tone Up Your Abs

Do you need to tone up your abs? Have your recently had a baby? Here you will find loads of tips and advice on how you can lose that extra fat and tone up your abs quickly.

Are you are new mum? Do you need more energy?

Believe it or not exercise could help!

Are you a new Mum? Congratulations!

I bet you feel like there are not enough hours in the day! I remember the feeling of having so much to do and not enough time when I first had my children. It can feel very overwhelming having a new baby. You are so excited that your baby is finally here but you are also so exhausted.

Finding the time to look after yourself is very difficult for any new mum. You generally tend to think of everyone else first before you. Running around after everyone else can leave you feeling very tired and like you don't have any energy.

However, it is really important that you do take care of yourself. Imagine what would happen if you became sick? Who would take care of your family then?

I know it sounds crazy but finding some time for yourself can be done. Take your baby out for a walk, it can often put things in perspective, getting out in the fresh air. Turn the TV off a little earlier at night so you can read a book, have a relaxing bath or even paint your nails!

If something gives you a little boost it can make you feel so much better about yourself. Remember you are still you, yes you are a Mum now, but you are still you.

It may take a little extra thought and effort to pamper yourself and find 'me' time but it can still be done.

Enlist the help of family and friends. I am sure they would love to babysit for a while. This would give you some time to do some exercise. Believe it or not the more exercise you do the more energy you will have. And as a new mum you need plently of energy.

Feeling fitter and more energised will help you deal with the demands of motherhood. I am not talking about a 5 mile run everyday, but 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week will do you the world of good.

Just think with all the energy, those sleepless night will seem easy!
