    Your dad sounds like a great father, Joan. He handled that situation perfectly -- without scarring you. That's a wonderful father. ...My dad, once he grew up and became himself, had the kindest eyes I've ever seen. The visual memory gives me comfort at rough times.

    Great lens and your Dad sounds like he was a wonderful father. I just call my Dad "Dad" but called him "Daddy" when I was a kid. And, he is still alive - I'm so grateful for that - even though I rarely see him - it's nice knowing he's only a phone call away.
