February 20, 2008 UPDATE: I am now in my second round of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, on Day 10. I've lost another 3-4 pounds so far, even though I cheated a little on Day 8!



February 5, 2008 UPDATE: I just completed my first 11 day diet and it works! I lost 6 pounds so far and I'm pleased! Now, I get to go off the diet for 3 days before I do it all over again. It's not bad at all, really! You're not starving... no counting calories... no carb counting ... just follow the generated diet with your favorite foods. It's so simple!

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an online diet plan that claims to help you lose 9 lbs. every 11 days.

That is a BOLD statement. Who else says you can lose 9 pounds every 11 days? Is it safe? Is it realistic?

The weight loss experts say the safest way to lose weight is slow and steady. The recommended SAFE weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

But there are those who want or need to lose weight fast.

It is a simple diet program to follow, and the "diet generator" will generate 11 days of meal plans that is diverse.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is made up of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, protein, some carbs, and the sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs).

The menu itself is generated by a software program which takes into account the types of food the user likes. At the end of each 11 days cycle, you get to 'cheat' on your 3 days off from the 'Fat Loss 4 Idiots' and eat basically whatever you heart desires (within reason, of course).
