Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review | Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Review
This is my independent review of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, an ebook that is gaining popularity. I actually brought the ebook based on the recommendations of a fat loss forum.
First, Fat Loss 4 Idiots claims it can help you to lose 9 lbs in 11 days. I have tried the method as taught in the ebook but I can't claim such results. I managed to lose about 8 lbs in 30 days which I though was pretty good. I do think 9 lbs in 11 days is possible but it may vary from person to person. Also I'm not sure if it is actually healthy to lose weight that fast.
If you are thinking of losing weight fast, my advise is to check with your doctor first before starting as there could be health complications.
The main idea behind Fat Loss 4 idiots is not how to burn those calories but rather your calorie eating pattern.
I can't disclose too much but what the ebook basically teaches is to make "your body not get used to the calorie intake". For example, if your body consumes 1500 calories daily, the method taught in Fat Loss 4 idiots will teach you how to make your body consume 1000 calories each day. This is just an example but the point is to reduce your calorie intake just so that your body will being burning fat to sustain itself.
Fat Loss 4 idiots will guide you on what foods to take, when to take, how to long to sustain a certain calorie intake level.
Although I can't claim it made me lose 9 lbs in 11 days, 8 lbs in 30 days is not a bad result for me and it's all thanks to fat loss 4 idiots. Therefore, I give it my highest recommendation.

same goes for me, too, stephen_tan! I did not lose weight as fast as 9lbs. in 11 days but i DID lose around 20 lbs. in less than 2 months' time and to think I love eating fatty foods and at fast-food chains (my favorites being hotdogs, hamburgers, fries and pasta!) & Fat Loss 4 Idiots taught me how to make my favorite food as a sort of "rude awakening" for my fat-burning hormones.
