How to Look Better, Feel Better, and Enjoy the Best Years of Your Life!
Healthy weight loss is fat loss. And fat loss for women is not easy. It takes time and effort.
I am a Nutritionist and I know the theories. What is more important than theories is what actually works and what doesn't. I've tried various healthy approaches to burn fat. In fact, I spent several years monitoring my diet and exercising a LOT when I was in my forties!
I'm now past fifty and I KNOW which healthy method works. Unfortunately, I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort had I known the specifics of what I needed to do sooner. I still exercise to feel good and look good but it's so much less than before. I have more time to enjoy life!

But if you are really serious about losing fat in the least amount of time (and not losing lean body mass) you will want to read Tom Venuto's book "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". He has written what I consider to be the "bible" on fat loss. He explains how to tailor a fat loss program specifically for YOU.
