Sodium bloats the stomach so reduce it. Always avoid salty foods like chips. Higher salt content in food can stimulate your appetite instead of curbing it. And if you want those ripped abs, you won't aim to eat more.
The most important thing is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always come back to the over processing of food that makes it unhealthy, and make it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. Instead of eating highly processed, refined and hydrogenated vegetable oils you eat natural sources of healthy fats like coconut oil, eggs, fish, and avocados.
Last and most essential to keep your body hydrated with plenty of water. Water is also a good appetite regulator.
