See, this book isn't a diet really (though I give you one). This book isn't a program (but I do provide it). It is the guide you need to achieve fat loss in the easiest manner you can for yourself. Imagine you have to cross a bridge high above the ground over large and pointy rocks. The bridge is 3 feet wide and the length of half a football field. The bridge is sturdy, has rails waist high and seems like a breeze to cross. You move fast and swift across and don't really think twice about the journey.
Now take away the rails.
The bridge is no less sturdy, your mind however, not so much. Take away that comfort and trust of a rail and not only are you going to cross that bridge slower, you might not make that journey at all.

I'll let you into a a little secret. Every single fat loss program out there will eventually fail. They won't work forever. You will adapt to it.
This is not necessarily a problem per-se - it's actually the goal of the fat loss plan. Increasing activity or reducing calories is a tool used in weight loss programs to get you to a new weight or body fat level. But the adaptation is exactly what we are looking for.
In other words - the plan that we will use to lose 3lbs of fat per week will only work for about 4 weeks before we need to adjust. We are actually just trying to create the adaptation.
But what do we do or adjust when we are not at the final destination yet...?
This is where Leigh Peele's new manual - the Fat Loss Troubleshoot comes in.
I think that most of you will be aware that I get sent a LOT of products to review (and hopefully endorse). Last week alone I received 12.
Quite honestly I don't have the time to even read most of them. I'll read most of my friends and colleagues work as I know them and I know they are going to be good, but I guard my time very carefully so it's rare that I read stuff from people I don't already know.
This was different, as I've never met Leigh.
Leigh sent me this product on Saturday evening. Probably the worst time ever to send me a product for review as I'm pretty sure you can imagine. But I'd read some of Leigh's work before and decided to give this the once over.
I ended up reading the entire thing twice through. It's an excellent piece of work.
Instead of describing a new method of fat loss -- Leigh just covers the principles of fat loss. Remember -
Methods are many, Principles are Few,
Methods may change, Principles never do
- and goes through essentially not only how to troubleshoot a program that has stopped working -- but how to supercharge one that is working.
Regardless of which fat loss training program or diet you are on - this is an excellent investment and companion guide to all of them.
