I know from personal experience that when you are trying to lose weight there are so many different conflicting opinions as well as millions of different methods, that it can take yonk's and yonks of time to actually decide what you are going to do to lose weight, and then you actually have to do it and stick to it.
Fat to fit is a no nonsense common sense approach to weight loss, that helped me personally to shift some stubborn stomach fat and this website should give you enough information to help you decide if it will be able to do the same for you.

The Fat to fit program is more general in its approach and covers a wider variety of topics. it not designed for people looking to become he next Arnie, but is designed more for your average joe who is looking to get fit and tone up.
I kind of became obvious to me when I first subscribed to the free fat to fit newsletter before I signed up, that Ray as an author and as a teacher has an awful lot of professional experience teaching and has a good understanding of what it takes to help people HELP THEMSELVES to lose weight. What I mean by this is the massive area of motivation.
When you are trying to accomplish anything that is hard it is hard to stay motivated to get to that goal. Inevitably there are numerous obstacles that come up in the way, and one of the only ways to acheive your goal is by being able to prioritise your weight loss and sacrafice some vices for your ultimate goal. Ray explains in his course the methods you can use to be able to get yourself in the mindset of approaching your weight loss with a 100% of your effort, really developing an internal desire within yourself to lose weight.
Once you can get into this mindset what ever method you use to lose weight of the many that are out there really becomes irrelevant to an extent, becuase you WILL BE DOING IT, and that is the most important aspect of any weight loss program taking action.
That is one of the main reasons I like Ray's tough approach that he takes with this course. I used to be and still am on the odd occasion, the kind of person who would ,make up an excuse (to myself), why I should not go to the gym..the washing had to get done, or my underwear drawer needed hoovering ect..or any other array of ridicolous excuses, but going through this course made me see that if I was really going to acheive my goals I would have to prioritise my fitness, and this was the turning point for me.
If you want to lose weight with a common sense approach then I would reccommend enrolling with the fat to fit workout program for a one off fee of $39. Any how I hope this review of Fat to fit helped.

- I just want share a thought. The reason why we do anything is for only two reasons. These reasons are to gain pleasure and or avoid pain. The key to getting truly motivated it to link as much pain to not going to the gym and as much pleasure to working out and eating right.
All you really need to do is make a list with too columns one for the pleasure and one for the pain. Make as many reasons as you can. Make sure that you add feelings and emotions to this list. look at this list when you feel less than motivated. It will get you in the gym.
As soon as you start moving in direction to health and fitness instantly reward yourself. Choose something that is not in conflict with your goal. Music works for me. I download a song on my ipod and refuse to listen to it until I get to the gym. A small reward but it works.
The list will show were you are in conflict in your mind. You may want to lose 50 lbs but not give up other habits. You then can link pain to those habits.
