Fat to Fit Workout - A Brief Overview
The fat to fit workout plan is a relatively new workout plan devised by an ex Canadian army soldier by the name of Ray Burton.
The purpose of this lens is to give you enough information to decide if the Fat to Fit workout plan is worth your hard earned dollars. I have explained my personal experience with the fat to fit workout plan.
By the end of reading this website you should be armed with enough information to truly decide if the fat to fit fitness plan is something that will be able to aid you in your quest to lose weight or get fit.

Fat to Fit workout - The author makes all the difference
I initially learned about Ray Burton the author of the Fat to fit workout plan through a popular health and fitness ezine on which I read about and purchased one of his other products that he has out called six weeks to six pack ab's.
The reason I was looking for something about toning up my stomach was in March 08 I went to the winter music conference of Miami and was carrying a bit of weight around my stomach. So my motivation for losing that exess weight was not looking like Homer Simpson's long lost brother on the beach with all them trim beach bodies around. Plus I was single at the time, which is always a motivation to get into shape, especially when I was going to Miami.. we do not get girls like them latino Miami girls in South London.
I lost a bit of weight before Miami but did not get to where I would have liked to have been in terms of toning myself up, but this is partly influenced by the standards of peoples fitness and bodies out in Miami, I saw people on the beach with ripped eyelids.. ha ha.. but in all seriousness if I wanted to get my body to where I wanted it to be then I knew that I would have to focus on more than just my stomach and actually make some lifestyle changes.
I then read a review from the same fitness ezine on one of Ray's other products the Fat to fit workout plan, which it became apparent from the review was a more general guide to fitness and I thought I would try it out to see if it could shed some light for me on acheiving my overall fitness goals. The fat to fit guide in its more general approach has helped me concentrate on other area's, not just my stomach that has so far helped me with my goals for better overall toning.

So above I said that the Fat to Fit workout plan helped me to achieve my goals and I will explain specifically how the guide helped me.
First and foremost Ray Burton used to be in the army.. he's a brute, a trained killer, a nasty piece of work.... and his guide verbally beat me into losing weight ha ha...Thats my warped British sense of humour, but he was in the army and is a trained army instructor and it kind of shows through the way he writes and interacts with you in podcast's and video's.
I think that is what I needed most, that kind of tough approach which helped me to push myself that bit harder and longer to acheive my goal's. One of the major things I have struggled with in the past like so many people is motivation when it comes to exercise, and sticking to it.
In the fat to fit workout plan there is a whole chapter that is devoted solely to goal setting and to motivating yourself, and I found this helpful, most of the stuff written in this chapter is not anything groundbreaking but it is often overlooked by people when trying to lose weight, and the way the fat to fit workout plan puts a lot of emphasis on motivational exercises in my case made a lot of difference to the end outcome.

As I said earlier in this lens the Fat to fit workout plan gives you a detailed overview of fitness as a pose to just focussing on one specific aspect of fitness or health.
Because of this general approach Fat to fit contains material on many different aspects of health and fitness including how weight loss works, nutrition, differing exercise plans, and the mental apsects of exercise such as motivation, which had been one of my main weakness' in the past.
The fat to fit workout towards the start of the course makes it very clear how weight loss actually work's in terms of the basic processes involved. Once I had that basic understanding it was so much easier for me to see the bigger picture, ie understand why I was eating certain recipes and understand why I was working out in a specific way. This is one thing that I would recommend people do if they do buy the Fat to fit workout that is concentrate initially on grasping an understanding how and why weight loss works, after you have done this it is so much more easier to see the bigger picture and et to where you want to be.

- So, did you actually lost some fat? What was the rate of losing fat while you exercise? How long did it take to lose how much? Are you still on on this program?
Do you keep your fat off? How many program you actually tried before you have been decided that this one is really worth selling?
