Many of the recipes that I have listed were given to me by friends or relatives. Some I found online when searching for a good way to cook something. The one thing that they all have in common is that I have reworked the original recipe to fit the tastes of my family and friends. - If you want a nice quick crunchy topping for anything, (good for coating fish) try using a packet of stuffing mix, the breadcrumbs and herbs etc. tast delicious, add a little grated lemon zest for extra flavour. Love this tasty Lens, great work!
