Christian music has been used for many purposes, but at its core, it is used to communicate gratitude, praise and worship to God. Over the years, Christian music has evolved and has become more mainstream. Some worship music is instrumental in nature.
I like various genres of music and one of them is Christian praise and worship music. In this Squidoo web page, I list down some of my favourite Christian songs.

- I love Christian and Gospel music. It is so relaxing. Most importantly, it reminds me how much more I should worship God. He is worthy of more praise and worship than I could ever give. Great lens. God bless!

- Being a Praise & Worship Leader Pastor I listen to music ALLLLLLL the time :) OK, not all the time, but pretty close. It is fitting that I found this right before Easter. We sing so many of these songs in our church and I am so happy to see this lens won a purple star.
