All about Recovery Books
One of the things I discovered when I got clean is that I really like to read! Go figure?
Before I entered recovery, I "thought" I hated to read. As a matter of fact I "thought" I hated alot of things that, as it turns out, I don't, but your know what they say...My best thinking got me here.
Today, feeding my mind is as important to my recovery as feeding my body, or my spirit. My recovery thrives when I am becoming the better me, and reading books, especially those that enhance my recovery and give me new perspectives, helps me do just that.
This lens is about my love for reading and love for recovery. It is dedicated to my fellow addicts, of all varieties, who have experienced self discovery and to those who will. Good journey. Enjoy!
