Fawlty towers is absolutely one of my all time favourtie eposodes.

tom. b says:

its a very good show

JHFSEO says:

Monty Python, Frost Report and the 1948 show are all great, but Fawlty Towers is concentrated Cleese. Too bad it was only 12 episodes. Comedy gold!

kab says:

Ouch...that's a tough choice. Fawlty Towers just squeaks the win.

No way, Monty Python is better!

NOTaLoony says:

fawlty towers is more like laughingish, but monty python is more ingenious and funnier and the perfect comedy show! Fawlty towers may be nearly perfect, but monty python ('s flying circus) gets the win

Hinutech says:

No way. While Fawlty Towers is excellent, it doesn't come close to the excellence that is Monty Python.

Fawlty Towers clips to convince you.

Faulty Towers was a Jeopardy question yesterday. I vaguely heard the question (wasn't exactly listening), but when he said Basil, I repeated Basil as his wife always calls him. Then they said the contestant answered "Faulty Towers". Man, I'd have had that one, if I was listening a little better.
