- Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General is the agency that regulates collection agencies in their home state. Even if you do not live in Pennsylvania you still need to include them in your complaint process.
- Federal Trade Commision Complaint Form
- The FTC does not investigate each individual complaint, but if they receive enough about a specific company they will take the proper action against them to either shut them down or levee a huge fine.
Power is in numbers. If you have 3 contacts with them and you feel that they violated your rights reprot them 3 times to the FTC. - National Association of Attorney Generals
- While you individual state attorney general may not be the place to report them to they will direct you in the right direction if FBCS Collection Agency violates your rights.

- If you have been recieving calles from these numbers to your cellphone you need to report them for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. It does not apply just to telemarketers.
