Find Out Why Collection Agencies Does Not Want You To Read This Guide.

Are you being hounded by Collection Agencies? Does a charge-off, late payment, or collection appear on your credit report from Collection Agencies?

Did you know that you can eliminate that debt and erase it from your credit report?

It's true. In fact, in 37 days, I deleted NCO Financial, Sprint PCS, Bally Total Fitness, Wachovia, and other negative late payments and charge offs on my credit report.

Here is What a Former Employee Said About Them

Date: January 19, 2007

This Company is a SCAM I worked for Federal Bond and Collection Services aka FBCS for over a year. They are professional liars they will say anything to get your money. The company KNOWINGLY breaks the FDCPA every day. EVERY employee is on some kind of illegal substance. They hire people fresh out of prison regardless of their crime. Employees have been caught committing credit card fraud with consumers credit cards, when these people are caught they will be fired for a few months and brought back. Every person in there goes by a "dummy name" which is completely made up. Not only do they rip off consumers they rip off their own employees! Every day you go to work they change rules and then change them back within the hour. "Joe Senior" mentioned in a previous article is the owner, who is never there. They place people in managerial positions who have NO SKILLS AT ALL! The company is run by money hungry low lifes! This place is a circus to work in.

They are all rude, uneducated, asses- They call everyday from different numbers to try to get you on the phone- They are trying to collect on a supposed debt that is over 7 years old- I asked them for documentation for this so-called debt- and a letter of representation and have NOT received anything in the mail from them - just continued harrassing telephone calls twice a day sometimes more-Don't speak to them AT ALL they are out of compliance with state and local collection practices; do not Deal with them- File complaints with with BBB and consumer agencies- They need to be taken out of business!

What compliance are you speaking of? You probab;y don't realize but the over 7 years thing varies state to state as a statute of limitations. That is only for litigation and your credit report. The legal holder can still contact you and call multiple times until they "make contact" once a day. To pressure you to pay. Also, if it's seven years old, then other agencies have been calling you for years. No one waits 2-7 years and then calls you one day. 9 times out of 10, these are legit debts in terms of them being accrued and not paid.

I just received a call from a fbcs credit card represenative who was very very very rude. He was yelling and screaming through the phone and put my husband's name in the conversation and it is my bill. I was trying to explain and he was very unprofessional. I have been working with the public for years and reminded him that is his job too. I can set up payment arrangement but not with him. He needs to be trained how to talk on a business level.

No one can judge but god. Mybe you feel as though you are god. Also you talk about the negative things there doing. what about yourself. This whole thing is hypocritical. You now all the commits are from disgruntal people. Call your cell provider you can get a negitave person anywhere. But one bad apple spoils the bunch. There are positive things said also, but why would you want to show that. Your are a very angry person who should seek god. Two wrongs don't make a right. If they were doing all these things you are saying then why are they still in business. They have been around amost 30 years. There doing something right. I listen to the phone calls and you are trying to trap someone. All I now is karma comes back around. God can forgive but not you. Someone should show you how to handle this like a man, not a cry baby

They started calling me this summer and telling me I owed on a credit card that I had paid off back in 2000. I did chart on it while a student. I was taking care of my father that did pass away with single cell cancer. Mr. Cooper and his associate at FBCS said that I owed 7,000 on a card that I had paid off. When I told him I had a child and I was currently unemployed he kinda backed off. I asked for a letter in writing about 2 months ago, but I have never received any letters, they want your account number and want you to pay for credit cards that you have already paid for. I am unemployed at this time and don't have the money anyway to pay. Be careful with these people.
