You can! You can beat this condition and I'm here to help. There is nothing you can't do if you put your mind to it, so listen up. I used to have fear in public places all the freaking time, it didn't matter where or when, it just happened.
I felt like I was going to puke, I felt dizzy, I felt like I couldn't escape, I felt like I had to escape, where could I go, I was trapped. See the irrationality of these thoughts? But, there they were. It was frustrating and I almost gave up on myself.
But, I'm not a quitter. What I did was a set a goal for myself that I was going to beat this thing and I was going to give myself three months to do it. An ambitious goal. It only took me two.
Yep! Once I learned about the brain and what I could do to make it function properly I just followed what I knew and it was easy as pie.

Three Things
Here are the steps you need to take if you want to overcome your fear of public places. There are really only three steps.The first is, garbage in, garbage out. What do I mean by that? Well, basically you are what you eat. Very simple, but very profound. If you're living on McDonald's and martinis you've got some changes to make.
Green veggies, apples, bananas, chicken, steak, potatoes. Real food. That's all you need. And cut out the coffee and cut back on the booze. Just these steps will take you far. You'll be amazed at how your life changes when you make these easy changes.
Next, exercise. And no it is NOT hard. You absolutely have to make time. I don't care what you do, just do something. Your body was not meant to sit around all day, it goes against the laws of the universe. When you start moving in harmony with the universe, man, let me tell you, your fears will drop away.
Lasty, and this is the most important step. You need to go get a safety net for your brain. That's right a safety net.
When you're out there in a public place and you feel an attack coming on you need to know what to do. You need to be prepared with a tool that's going to take your through the panic and out the other side... where the panic it completely gone.
A fear of public places is a horrible thing, but by learning The One Move Technique as outlined in Panic Away you no longer have to fear it because you are prepared.
