Their Collection Manager Feels Threatened by a Consumer over 1,000 miles away
In an attempt to resolve pending litigation against FBCS Collection Agency a consumer contacted them to try to resolve the matter amicably with their collection manager and was met with hatred and attempted intimidation.
The collection manager even had the audacity to imply that he felt threatened by the consumer who is over 1,000 miles from him. It was an attempt to belittle the consumer which was comical.

- I can not believe how rude, abrasive and unprofessionl the representative was who called my home demanding to speak with some person who did not live in my home or we knew. I told the representative that I was on the no-call list and her response was "baby I am going to call you every day at 8:00 and wake you up, you dont tell the FBCS not to call your house - - - -"
