Fedor Emelianenko's MMA Instructional DVD is out!

FedorDVD.com in conjunction with Slovak Sambo Federation have released first ever instructional featuring Fedor Emelianenko. The DVD features footage of Fedor Emelianenko's seminar held in Slovakia in 2007 and containts never before shown scenes, in which Fedor reveals his most prized MMA secrets to the participants. The DVD clocks over an hour and features four sessions covering stand-up and ground game two sessions each. Additional bonus sections contain highlight reels of Fedor applying his teachings in professional MMA and combat sambo bouts and winning in impressive fashion.
