Feel good inside!
Are you tired of walking kilometers or even miles away just to make you sweat? Walk under the heat of the sun 'till you get sun burned? There is nothing wrong about this routine. And yes, outdoor exercise is one good thing to feel nature and expose yourself to the outside world. But, it seems that nature is not that friendly at all. We already know the old news that the ozone is depleting. Ultraviolet rays are so strong that medical practitioners wanted to know the public that it is too dangerous having heat stroke or skin cancer, deadly I should say.
So what am I trying to say? Go indoors. Get a shady, air conditioned room. It might let you spend some bucks but its all worth it. Personal Training Chicago offers you one great package, a personal trainer. You see, what's good of going to gym is that you can be assisted for better shaping up. Personal Training Chicago is one of the fitness centers that offer you a personal trainer.
Personally, I tried going outdoors for weeks. And it took me months to realize that Im not getting any better. Then I tried indoor exercises to a local gym near my apartment. A complete set of equipment and a workout routine was all available in the fitness center and particularly a personal assistant to every set of exercise I have to do.
Here's a tip: if you are trying to gain weight, focus first on the upper body. Bulk up your chest, back, shoulder, and the rest of the upper body. 3 sets of 10 repetition is a good start. If you like you are getting stronger you can increase your weights. Just make sure not to carry weights you can't handle. And don't forget to increase your food consumption. After getting all up for upper body. Proceed to the lower part: Thighs, lower back. Thread mill exercise for atleast 15 - 30 minutes is a good start for a first timer/beginner. Simple as it is, these are the basic of body building.
For now, these are only the few thing I can share. Im not a fitness trainer so I don't have things to say much about this. As I was saying before, you might as well get your luck from Personal Training Chicago if you around the vicinity of the place. So, good luck, enjoy, and feel good!
