Feet Repair

Soak your feet for as long as you feel (minimum 10 minutes) in a basin or a tall plastic bag wrapped around your legs (as weird as it sounds) with water. You can add bath salts to the mixture to help soothe your feet as well. Soaking your feet will help to soften it for later on dead skin removal.

If you wish not to sit in one place to have your feet soaked, then the plastic bag option will come in handy. Just ensure that it has no holes in it and that it is properly tied around your legs before walking around. If there is difficulty in tying the plastic bag, use tape to help keep it in place. Trust me, the plastic bag option is the most fun and portable option to try.

When you are done soaking your feet, get rid of all the dirty water. DO NOT dry your feet just yet. Using a foot file, pumice and/or a papermate pen cover (it really helps!), remove as much of the dead skin off your feet as possible. (If you are planning on painting your nails later, then while your feet are still wet use a nail pusher and cleaner to push and clean those nails back) Continually wipe off the excess dead skin with a towel or a paper towel until MOST of the dead skin is gone from every single surface of your feet.

If there is little tiny amounts of dead skin left, just keep wiping firmly until it is completely GONE. Remember, the more dead skin you take off is the more amazing your feet will look in the end.

If you feel that your feet still needs more dead skin removal then do Step 1 to Step 2 over again until you are completely satisfied.

Think you're done? Well no. Here's an easy trick to get your feet 10 x softer than it has ever been. All you need is lotion and two plastic bags. First, you will need to lotion your feet while massaging them as well. Set down the plastic bags and pump a good amount on the base where the bottom of your feet would be. Then put your feet into the plastic bag and pump another good amount of lotion on top of your feet. Spread this excess amount of lotion till your feet looks white.

After lotion application, tie the lotion filled plastic bag around your feet. DO NOT tie it to the point where you would lose circulation, but very well tied to keep it on for a LONG time. You can keep this on for a whole day and even overnight, depending on how much moisturization you feel your feet needs. This is a very fun thing to do and keeping it on overnight will give you much better results.

The reason why your feet are enclosed in a lotion filled plastic bag is because if you were to only lotion your feet and then put on socks or walk around the house, MOST of that applied lotion will apply to other materials besides your feet. The plastic bag seals the moisture in, ensuring that your feet will look and feel much softer than it was.

After you feel that your feet is well moisturized, remove the plastic bag and wash your feet off with warm water and soap. Dry off your feet with a towel and BARELY lotion your new soft feet.

For both men and women, apply cuticle oil to your beautiful nails to finish the whole renewal process. Cuticle oil helps to soften up and nourish those cuticles.

If you wish to paint those nails remember these steps; TRIM, FILE, BUFF, BASE COAT, 1 OR 2 NAIL POLISH COATS(YOUR COLOUR CHOICE), & finally a TOP COAT.
