Are You Suffering From Gluten Intolerance?

Living with gluten sensitivity and gluten intolerance can be a very difficult task for almost everyone. If you are like most people that have found out that they are suffering from this condition, you are searching high and low on the internet for anything that you can find about living gluten free. Tons of information is scattered out there to help you in your struggle. But the problem with all of that information is the fact that it is scattered. And where is this information actually coming from? Who has put it together? Is it coming from someone that is actually suffering from this condition or do these people really know about gluten intolerance and are they speaking from experience? Believe me, I have done a lot of research about the struggle with this debilitating condition, and there is a lot of junk out there. There is also a lot of good information that everyone can benefit from.

Your Search is Over!

When I began my search for more information about gluten intolerance, I was desperately looking for the key to avoiding intolerance cramps forever. Learning from other peoples mistakes was the key to achieving this. Here are a few things that I set out looking for in my exhaustive search:

1. How to keep eating bread because I love sandwiches so much
2. Learn how to read food labels and avoid eating gluten
3. Delicious recipes that will not give me cramps that I can easily make at home!
4. Learn how to order gluten free food at the restaurant that I love without the bloating and diarrhea
5. If I accidentally eat wheat based products, is there any way to minimize my cramps?

That's a tough list to satisfy, I know. After searching for days, I finally typed "gluten free handbook" into Google, and here is what I found.
I found out how to keep eating sandwiches and learned how to read food labels. Finding out which foods to avoid was simply liberating. I knew that I could not eat wheat, but I found out how to find the little things that was sneaking into my diet. In my professional life, going to restaurants is simply a way of life. Now I can order from the menu at my favorite restaurant. Most restaurants have gluten free choices that the general public does not even know about! I am learning how to live gluten free every day by learning from Felicity's mistakes.
