Hello World. Let me introduce you to my world, myself, and what runs through my mind. I will be writing this in third person ;) so that the page is not flooded with i's. I will be writing about moments in my life - reflected through a series of random pictures. This is not your normal biography. Just fragments of my life that I am sharing with you. 1998 - Fairfax High School - Liberty District Wrestling Champions**
Felix Hung wrestled all four years of high school and did very well for not wrestling before high school. He went undefeated his freshman year on junior varsity, then he wrestled the last three years on varsity. Felix had an outside shot of breaking a hundred winds if he wouldn't have gotten sidelined his senior year for tendonitis of the elbow. He would have had to win pretty much all the matches he missed from his injury, but it was possible.Mitch Sutterfield, his coach said, "he's a good wrestler, not the most athletic...but Felix is all heart." At the Northern Region Tournament Felix's senior year, Felix won his first two matches to put him in the semi-finals. All he had was win his match, and he would have been in the Regional Finals. Felix ended up losing that match, then dropping to the consolation bracket. He won the next two must win matches, but then lost the last two matches of his high school wrestling career 4-2 and 3-2. If he would have won those matches, Felix would have gone to the state tournament, instead he got 6h in the Northern Region in 1999.
At the state tournament that year for Felix's weight class (135), Felix had beaten two of the wrestling that had placed top 6 and lost to a third one by a decision. Very disappointed in his senior year, Felix now coaches at Marshall High School in Falls Church, VA to help high schoolers obtain their wrestling, scholastic, and life goals.

In this picture, Felix's unit was being trained by special forces on rappelling. Felix was introduced to the Amway/Quixtar business in the summer of 2000. At the time, he wasn't making enough money so he picked up supplemental income standing at Target Stores around the Puget Sound soliciting people for Target Credit Cards. Felix was approached one evening by a nice older black man named Anthony Noel and he bought in - hook, line, and sinker. Anthony started by greeting Felix, complimented Felix on his motivation and asked if Felix was keeping his options open. Felix said he was, and a couple of days later, they met at Lakewood Mall where Anthony "showed the plan" to Felix, then did the pull back by saying, "Felix, I can't promise you anything. Everything I do has to be run by my business partners, Scott and Ross." By that time, Felix was chomping at the bit to earn the approval of Scott and Ross so he could be involved in their business expansion plans.Weeks later, Felix found himself at an Amway rally starting his network marketing journey. Felix earned the approval of Scott and Ross and became an IBO. In the 8 years to follow, Felix would get in and out of the Amway/Quixtar business half a dozen times. For the longest time, Felix felt a commitment to his upline leaders Scott and Tanya Hoeck, Ross and Terry Knodel, Jeff and MJ Gleichman, and Brad and Julie Duncan. Felix failed thousands of times in the Amway/Quixtar business and he always wanted to conquer those failures by succeeding in business. The last time around, Felix was working the system 15 hours a week and only made a check just over $300. In the same month of earning that check, he remembers spending over $400 on Amway products - a net loss. At the time, he was also doing very well in real estate - that combined with some dramatic issues with downline made Felix step out of the Amway business for the last time.
Let's be very clear here: Felix loved the Amway system for teaching him all his sales skills, for promoting good habits like reading and listening to self-development, leadership, and business cd's. Felix also knew the Worldwide Dreambuilders system worked, it just was too hard for the average person and too slow for it to keep his attention. Amway, Worldwide Dreambuilders, their Diamonds, Jeff & MJ, Ross & Terry, and Scott & Tanya - Felix believes they all had a direct influence on his success these days. He loves them all and knows they will have continued success in the Amway system.
With the good, came some bad. Felix lost a bunch of his friends after becoming an IBO and some of the teachings of the system did not sit well with Felix, but he stayed quite and let it eat away at him. When everything was said and done, Felix finally knew he believe the system worked, but he never truly sold out to the system. How could he when he was taught not to call the Amway business - THE AMWAY BUSINESS!?

Felix said, "in all honesty, this was her car." He had bought this car for his ex girlfriend who he thought was going to be his wife. She picked out the color scheme, options, everything. This was when Felix was living a millionaire's lifestyle...making one fifth of what a millionaire makes. The spending, the real estate market, and breaking up with his girlfriend had this car also sold in 2006. From the start, Felix Hung was a natural at real estate. He says getting clients for real estate was easy because he failed so many times in prospecting people for Amway. Felix says that failure is a prerequisite of success. In his first month of real estate, Felix's father started him off on the right foot by buying an investment property from Felix. That month, he sold two more houses and make $15k. THAT WAS ALMOST AS MUCH AS HE MADE IN 1 YEAR IN THE ARMY ($16,700).Over the next five years, Felix would sell close to 150 houses and break through to sell multiple homes over $1 million dollars. Felix has been a top producer the last for years by his association standards ($6 million plus in yearly real estate closed sales) and last year (2008) was his best year with almost $13 million sold in real estate. BUT what Felix does not like are the long hours and erratic schedule. Felix will out of real estate by July 2009.

OKAY no more third person!!!
I was sitting in his office in late October when his friend Anne Tejano called asking if I'd be interested in a new ground floor network marketing company. Burnt out from Amway, I told her wouldn't be interested. She persisted by saying Bo Short, Ty Tribble, and Chris Cucchiara were the founding partners and master distributors. She continued by saying the company was called EIRO Research and that the CEO, Chris Hausman sold a company called Skinceuticals Inc to L'oreal for hundreds of millions of dollars. Honestly at this point, I wasn't pay much attention to her, as we have tried to work together on other project that didn't pan out. Finally, she added that her future father-in-law, Roddy Kibler was getting involved.When Anne mentioned Roddy, I started to ask myself why a huge real estate developer worth millions would be jumping into network marketing...instantly I did a 180, and told Anne that I was all in. I knew Roddy was an excellent business man and if he saw enough of this EIRO Research to get involved, then I thought I should too. I signed up November 5th, 2 days after the company stood up. For the next 5 weeks, I back peddled because of a week long flu, followed by breaking my arm coaching wrestling. In December, I committed myself to building my EIRO business.
Three months later, I was crazy enough to organize a road trip from Northern Virginia to Dallas Texas for EIRO's Pre-Launch Convention. It was very draining, but well worth it to have one of the largest teams there! In Dallas, I was recognized as a Director and when I was on stage, I told everyone that I was successful in EIRO Research because I had failed many times before in other network marketing companies. To date, I've helped three families make $1,000 bonuses within 60 days of signing up as an associate. I've helped many families make a couple hundred dollars of monthly supplemental income.

Felix also served in the US Army as a combat engineer as a part of the first Stryker Brigade out of Ft Lewis Washington (18th Engineer Company, 3rd Brigade 2nd Infantry Division). In his spare time, Felix watches UFC and other MMA events, he coaches high school wrestling at Marshall High School in Falls Church VA, and he enjoys going to the beach.
