Great Female Bodybuilding Diet
Achieving a female bodybuilding diet can be an daunting task. Most information available on bodybuilding has a biased toward males. As females we are practically at the forefront of the start of a big new sport for us.
Men have an easier time at bodybuilding because their bodies produce a lot more testosterone than us. That doesn't mean women can't succeed at this, it just means that we need to pay special attention to our diets to ensure we are successful.
The first step to finding a female bodybuilding diet is to understand how talk is cheap. Information can be easily given and be backed up by absolutely nothing. Avoid the personal trainers at your gym. These people are trained in giving general information to a general person. You're not trying to do anything general, you're trying to build muscle. That is what Women's Bodybuilding is all about. You have to build muscle and the only way you can get that job done is with a diet... a stellar diet.
Take a look at the credentials behind the diet. Has this person even gone to University and got a degree in nutrition? Have they even trained with other female bodybuilders? Important questions to ask. You'd be surprised how many people will just try to "wing it" with this information.
Knowing the basics about diet can go along way. How can you judge if the information you're getting is good or bad? You need to understand the basic rules of a bodybuilding diet, that cannot be broke. First, is that you need to eat every 2-3hrs. Simply put, your muscles repair over 48hrs, it doesn't happen all at once. You need to consistently feed your muscles or they won't repair. Another one is that you need to eat breakfast. Keeps the metabolism going. You need to get 8-9hrs of sleep a night to help your body get the needed rest from the beating it takes in the gym.
Lastly, remember you're looking for information here. You're not trying to buy people's time. Getting a specialized personal trainer in female bodybuilding can be the greatest thing, or you can be broke from it. You don't need to pay someone $100/hr to come to the gym with you and spot you. Often finding a very good book on female bodybuilding diet is enough. I've had most of my success with Iron Dolls: Female Bodybuilding Secrets Revealed. I've had great success with this, putting on as much as 8lbs of muscle a month. I've also experimented with expensive personal trainers that left me with only 1-2lbs a month, and a $1000 bill.
With these steps it should be much easier to find a female bodybuilding diet that you can follow and have great success with.

Female Bodybuilding Diet Tips
It's been a few years of bodybuilding training and I've picked up a few bodybuilding diet tips that have enhanced my results.
Tip:You must eat high fat and high protein before bed. This ensures that digestion will slow down, allowing the protein to last the full 8-10hrs of sleep. It's essential and if you start doing it you will see amazing results.
Tip: Dietary fat is needed for the body. Society has this false ideal about fat being bad. What if I told you, if you ate more fat, you'd burn more calories? You'd call me crazy, but what fat is good for you. Eat it. Now I'm not talking about a cheese burger, get some fish oil.
Tip: Eat smaller meals more often. This will keep your muscles with a continuous flow of nutrition throughout the day.

Eggs For The Bodybuilding Diet
Eggs!! They're the best. After whey protein(which isn't good for long term protein synthesis), the egg is the cheapest piece of protein you can get your hands on.
7g of great protein goodness. 4g of great protein from the whites. The egg yolk is 5g of fat. Start eating eggs more often. I just can't say that any more.
When I was in college the local meal plan was basically all you could eat, for whatever was being served. I'd eat 7-8 egg whites for breakfast. I kid you not! I know it sounds kind of sick, but this is the best protein the body can have and it will help with female bodybuilding.
