Fender Starcaster Electric Guitar is Perfect as a First Guitar
The Fender brand is to be a favorite for those just getting into learning how to play the guitar and also for many of the top guitarists of the world including some of my favorites - Jimi Hendrix, George Harrison and Eric Clapton.
Although the list of top guitarists goes on an on and their guitars fetch thousands at auction, many started with the entry level, less expensive models so don't think that you need to spend a fortune to own a Starcaster.
You can begin with the lower priced ones and as you gain experience and know how, you can work up to the top of the line models.
On this page we will focus on the lower priced end of the spectrum. But remember that they are Fender Starcasters, so you won't be sacrificing sound for price.

A good choice for new electric guitar player would be the Starcaster by Fender Mini Strat Electric Guitar Starter Pack.
Being a starter pack and not just the guitar you will have the necessary items to begin without having to order several different products as it's all together in one spot.
Sure there may be a few "additional" items that would be cool to have but these you can pick up at a later date.
The Mini Strat guitar as it sounds, is smaller than the full size guitars which can often overwhelm younger and new players.

There are several very good guitarists that will take you through the different lessons and songs from beginner to experienced.
Even if you have never held a guitar in your hand you will be able to find a video to walk you though.
Just remember that when you learn from a YouTube video you may pick up a habit or two of the person who is doing the teaching. While this is normally a good thing, you may want to get to know some of the basics before learning and watching from YouTube
