Fender Tele Jr. - Rare American Custom Shop Electric Guitar
The Fender Tele Jr. is one of the rarest production Fender guitars ever made. Only 150 of these guitars were produced by the Fender Custom Shop (American) in the 1990's. This guitar is like a mix of a Telecaster and a Gibson Les Paul. The scale length and body shape were the Telecaster standard, but the construction of the guitar body and the electronics are far more similar to what is featured on the Les Paul. The P-90 single coil magnetic pickups are something you'd find on a Les Paul Jr., but never on a Telecaster.

- Me too! This guitar stands out from the rest of other Fender guitars. The feel is unique and great pickups. I offer guitar lessons for beginners.

- Hey...love your lens! I remember the Fender Tele Jr with great fondness.
It's my #1 favorite custom electric guitar! The Tele Jr - granted..for the purist it was a bit weird - but it had a lovely feel and a fantastic Gibson-esque (single pickup) sound.
Thanks, and if you get a chance, please check out my Custom Electric Guitar Blog.
