Fender Electric Guitars
The Fender Guitar Company was founded in 1946 in Fullerton, California by Leo Fender. It was originally known as the Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company. Leo Fender was an inventor who had been making some custom guitars and amplifiers in his radio shop and felt that he could improve on the hollow-body amplified guitars that existed at that time.
In 1951 Fender introduced the Broadcaster guitar. This prototype solid-body, electric guitar would eventually become the Telecaster, which was the first solid-body electric guitar to go into commercial production. The Tele was followed by the first mass-produced electric bass, the Precision bass and the still incredibly popular Stratocaster.
Fender is a very important guitar company because it was the first guitar company to bring solid body, electric guitars to the masses. Fender used low-cost, manufacturing-oriented bolt-together designs. Although not the first company to produce electric guitars, Fender Guitar was one the most successful commercially.

Fender Custom Shop Time Machine Series '67 Telecaster Relic Electric Guitar Shoreline Gold Maple Fretboard
This meticulous re-creation of the original has been aged to offer the appearance of a well cared for vintage instrument. A few small dings, a checkered finish, oxidized hardware, and aged plastic parts all contribute to the immaculate deception.
Every aspect of the Custom Shop 1967 Time Machine Relic Telecaster's construction is faithful to the original model on which it is based. Custom Shop crafted with a 2-piece premium ash body with a maple "C" neck and Nadagascar rosewood fingerboard, it is armed with a pair of Vintage pickups that are wired with a modern circuit. Vintage style Tele bridge and Schaller tuning machines along with a 3-ply parchment pickguard all echo the original production model.

Jeff Beck Tribute Esquire Electric Guitar

Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Jeff Beck Tribute Esquire Electric Guitar White Blonde*
Over the course of his 40-year career, Jeff Beck has attained heights of guitar greatness seldom if ever equaled, and he has long been regarded as one of the finest and most distinctive voices of the electric guitar, period. The Fender Custom Shop is very proud indeed then to introduce a very special 150-instrument run of the Tribute Series Jeff Beck Esquire Relic guitar, exquisitely and meticulously modeled after Beck's famous Blonde '54 Esquire.
This exact reproduction duplicates the original guitar's light weight, unusual body contours, dings and wear patterns, soft V-shaped '57 one-piece maple neck, chipped black pickguard and brass bridge saddles (with which Beck had replaced the original steel saddles soon after buying the guitar for $60 from its original owner, Walker Brothers guitarist John Maus).
Legendary Fender pickup artist" Abigail Ybarra carefully recreated the single '51 Nocaster" single-coil bridge pickup, and the guitar's amazing authenticity extends even to the control wiring, 1056 serial number, and even a cosmetically aged vintage-style guitar strap. Beck himself, in fact, was almost fooled when our reproduction arrived at his door, thinking on first opening the case that he'd gotten his original guitar back!
The guitar comes in a vintage tweed case, and includes a DVD interview with Beck, 8x10 color photo, Custom Shop certificate, and Master Builder signature and serial number decal on the back of the headstock.
