I have been practicing Feng Shui for many years. I became very ill after moving house - the cause was Geopathic stress.
May I suggest that you include the effect of mirrors in a bedroom, especially mirror sliderobes.

Very good idea for a lens. Reminds me that I need to put some things away in the bedrooms to let the energy flow better. Added my Woodstock Feng Shui Windchimes to your list.
    Thanks!

It is nice to see that people now understand what Feng Shui is all about. Bringing in good harmony with one's self and surrounding to promote good fortune and health. With this way of life it could help us be successful in our goals.

Feng shui in the bedroom is something that I have always looked to achieve. I have the perfect bed all picked out too.

Is it round? When I was going through your lens, I seen where you wrote one for a round bed but I did not have a chance to look at the lens.

I really enjoyed your lens and learning about feng shui. I changed our drapes to a burgundy color a couple of years ago and it made the quilt and room more alive. The walls are a medium peach color...would you believe I do not have any blue walls in my home. I will have to start trying some of these other ways to add more energy in a room.

Windy, if you do try any, please come back and let us know if you could tell a change.

This is very interesting. I tried feng shui few years ago but didn't keep changing the home because we moved and now there are too many improvements to make to my house but when I'll get everything done, I'll start feng shui in my bedroom!
Very well crafted and presented page!

Oh, sweetie-many years ago I learned everything is done with one step at a time and adding just one feng shui to your home would make a world of difference.
  • prosperity66 Feb 4, 2010 @ 4:45 pm | delete
It's true, Eva! I added one feng shui in my living room two years ago because I didn't want too long to get it decorated and really saw a difference! So, I strongly recommend it to anyone who visits this page!

Oh me! I have a long, long way to go to get Feng Shui in our Bedroom. I better get started. Thanks for all the great information.
  • WhiteOak50 Feb 4, 2010 @ 9:17 am | delete
Start by just adding one change OhMe and you will be able to tell a difference. Many years ago when I started, I started with a Lucky Bamboo plant and today I have several. Glad you liked the lens.

Great lens. I have always found Feng Shui fascinating especially after a few trips to the Far East, China etc. I'm not sure my home is a great example, although I do live on the side of a hill with a view of running water (The River Thames) which I think is recommended by Feng Shui.

That is exciting Andy. Have you ever studied Feng Shui?
