Is The Complete Guide to Feng Shui any good?

Hi, my name is Sara Carter and I came across this book called The Complete Guide to Feng Shui. It seemed like a really great deal, so I went ahead and bought it. I just wanted to share with others what I thought about it, was it worth the money, and what topics it covers. You can see the book at www.my-feng-shui-guide.com.

The Review

The Complete Guide to Feng Shui

First of all, the full title to this e-book is "The Complete Guide to Feng Shui: How to Design Your Home for Love, Success, Happiness, Money, and More." It is separated into 3 main parts, and each part has multiple chapters. The 3 parts covered in this e-book are Feng Shui 101: Understanding the Basics, Principles of Feng Shui, and Using Feng Shui for Better Living.

Part 1 starts the book off by covering the basics of Feng Shui such as what exactly it is, and explains the underlying concepts beneath Feng Shui. If you are completely new to the concept, the first part of this book will explain it all to you. Part 1 of this book also goes over the history of Feng Shui like when and where it originated. I found the beginning of this book very important despite the fact it is only covering the basics. There's lots of good information in Part 1.

Part 2 is called Principles of Feng Shui. Now we really start getting into the heart of what Feng Shui is all about. The basic concepts that were touched upon in Part 1 are now all explained in depth. For example, topics in this section include unity, the five elements, cycles of production and destruction, ba-gua, and qi. If you are at all unfamiliar with the topics I just listed off - you have a lot to gain from this book already.

Now we get into Part 3, which is my favorite section. Lee goes really in depth here, explaining how you can use the different principles of Feng Shui and apply them in your home/office, in order to achieve your own specific goals. For example, even though you may know how Feng Shui works, do you know exactly how to arrange your home in order to maximize your love life, health, wellness, knowledge, wisdom, prosperity, etc? How about using Feng Shui to help out your career? Lee uses specific examples of what types of colors and objects to use, where to use them, what area of life it will affect, and why. Again, this was my favorite part of the book because even though I already knew quite a bit about Feng Shui - I was still unsure of whether or not I had properly applied it throughout my home and office. Now I have no doubt that I'm applying the principles correctly - and I can already see the benefits in my own life.

The Complete Guide to Feng Shui

So, overall, I would rate this book a 9 / 10. It's 70 pages, covers the basics of Feng Shui, the underlying principles, and exactly how to apply those principles in your own home. I really don't have any complaints about the book - I just never rate anything a perfect 10/10 haha.

Good luck to you! I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in Feng Shui whether you are already knowledgeable or are just a beginner.
