Home staging is definitely one of the tools that real estate investors use to sell their house fast. Your tips are on the mark as I am in the real estate niche and in fact I also write about this on my blog and free report since it is a under utilized tool by For Sale By Home Owners.

For More A low price..... no-- but seriously check in your area. Have houses been on the market for a long time. It may be a buyers market. IE A lot more sellers then buyers. The houses tend to sell for less. Try to keep the house looking great. When someone comes to see your house make sure it smells great. Some realitors say if you bake something like a apple pie or cookies before a showing. The house sells. And more related about Repossed Home For Sale Sites

I firmly believe in Feng Shui! and i'm sure Feng Shui will help a lot of homeowners attract positive energy so does with anyone who wants to sell houses! I remember when I was in LA and there are lots of California home staging businesses going on, I used Feng Shui a lot and frankly speaking, modesty aside, I've earned lots of profit in there! Thanks for posting this and I'm sure it will help everyone gather enough positive energy to last for another dynasty!

    Hi Jennifer,
I sure wish that I had run across your lens a couple of months ago. My son and his wife sold their house and this could have difinitely helped them increase their bottom line. But, now that I do know then if one of my friends go to sell their house then I will be able to help them.
One thing that helped my son was the unique light fixtures that he and his wife had used to decorate each room with.
