FHI Flat Iron

I not too long ago bought a FHI flat iron and I can truthfully state it was one of the very best buys I've made in a really long time. I've got a wickedly thick and wavy mane. I can't go to a new salon without getting told "You've got the thickest hair I've ever experienced on a white woman".

My original choice was a CHI, but after using the CHI for a while I honestly didn't like what it did to my hair. The CHI was quick and easy to use, but dried my hair out and stripped away some of the sheen.

Prior to the CHI I used a $30 iron I got from Target. It kinda worked, but it took almost 30 minutes to get my dry hair straight. Then there were the additional 10 minute touch ups in the mornings due to my unruly hair refusing to behave.

So my purchase after the CHI was the FHI Platform. I've used the FHI enough times now to discover that despite high humidity and rain, my hair has been staying straight and shiny without having any frizz attacks. No need for morning touch ups at all.

As a bonus, this iron has cut my straightening time roughly in half. I run the iron on a section of hair once and that is all it needs. My FHI Flat Iron is awesome!
