When you're properly nourished your body works better, you feel better and you're more likely to feel like doing the exercise which is necessary to get rid of cellulite for ever.
So lets get you started with a simple nutritious and tasty recipe.

Quick and easy anti cellulite stir fry.
(organic ingredients are preferred but not essential.
1 ½ cups of vegetable or chicken broth.
2 to 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (low sodium)
¼ teaspoon of stevia powder extract (strictly optional)
½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder or if you preffer, 3 cloves chopped and crushed
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 ½ tablespoons of canola oil
1/3 of a cup of ground flax seeds
1 bag of mixed vegetables (your choice) fresh or frozen
½ pound of chopped chicken breast (tofu if you're vegetarian)
This should give about 4 to 6 servings
Heat the canola oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add in the mixed vegetables and fry for 6 to 9 minutes, don't forget to stir
Now add the remaining ingredients stirring every couple of minutes until it simmers. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve on a bed of pasta or rice. If you're watching the carbohydrates serve on a bed of sliced cucumber or chopped romaine lettuce.
