My Figure Competition Secrets Review

Figure Competition Secrets - written by Karen Sessions

For those who can't wait, you can go straight to the site where the book is sold by clicking here.

Firstly, let me tell you straight away what I love about this book. Before I purchased it, I visited a website and got to see lots of photos and testimonials from people who have actually followed the advice and competed in figure competitions. But you just CAN'T fake pictures like that...their bodies looked so good!

But does this mean that the e-book is the real deal?

Well in my opinion, if you've been doing figure competitions for a while, you'll know that it is. It contains absolutely everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you could want to know to get ready for your next figure competition.

Let me give you a sample of what you will find in it.

The author is none other than Karen Sessions. Yes, THE Karen Sessions. The woman known as MsFit who has spent more than 20 years in the female bodybuilding and fitness industries.

Karen tells you her figure competition diet secrets in complete detail. She lets you know what you should and shouldn't eat, and how much of it you should consume. She makes it so that whole dieting and eating thing isn't drudgery. You will enjoy this section of the book.

She lets you know how to prepare for a figure competition. This includes her recommendations for what you should wear during competitions and how to practice your competition routines the right way.

If you've ever had a question about figure competition training and what it REALLY takes to succeed, then you will find it in this e-book. If it's not there, then trust me, you probably don't need to know it.

One of my favorite parts is where Karen discusses supplements and which ones you MUST avoid at all costs just before the competition so that you don't hold water weight on stage. This is valuable knowledge for anybody wanting to compete at their peak.

Look, I could go on forever about the amazing content, but why don't you just visit Karen's website and see for yourself. Be sure to look at all the testimonials and photos on her site from people who she has helped get into amazing shape. She also gives a 60 day, 100% money back guarantee if you're not happy.

Women's Figure Competition - Tips for Training, Makeup and Posing

Use these training, makeup and posing tips in your future figure competitions

Ever thought you could compete in a female figure competition? This article will specify some to help your preparation for the competition. Learning how to prepare for a competition like this is vital and following these tips will go a long way towards making you look the best you can when competition time comes around.

Plan your way to success - before you start start anything, you should sit down and write a plan. This plan should be written down on paper and not just kept in your head. It is also recommended for you to draft the services of a coach or trainer who can help you prepare a plan specifically for you and your body shape. When you have a plan, you know where you are headed, and what you must achieve in order to get there. You must have a separate plan jotted down for each of the hints referred to below.

Resistance/Weight Training - this involves a regular training routine in the weights room. Pick Out a time of day that suits your schedule, and go to the gym at least 4 or 5 times a week for your weights exercise. Your figure trainer will be able to produce a training workoutthat suits your body shape and your goals for the female figure competition. Try to remember not to overtrain. It is fantastic to be enthusiastic and think you can do it all, but working out every single day of the week is definitely not the best thing to do. Your body needs time to recover, so reserve at least 1 full day for your muscles to recuperate.

Cosmetics Makeup - It can be very hot on stage at a figure contest, so it is important that you select makeup that will hold up under the heat of the lights and your sweat. Nothing worse than melting makeup when you are trying to impress the competition judges and look your best. Although you don't have to spend a lot of money, it does pay to get quality cosmetic products that blend easily. A fantastic tip is to go to the makeup counters at department stores and arrange an appointment with the makeup staff. These appointments don't usually cost you anything, and provide you an opportunity to sample different products and colors.

Stage Presence - this covers many different things like your walking, your smile, and your posing. In relation to your walking, put on some high heeled shoes and practice, practice, practice. If you want to work on your smile, practice standing in front of a mirror and showing those pearly whites. With posing, you need lots and lots of practice. You need to learn how to show your muscle definition, while also looking calm, natural, and relaxed. A difficult thing to do indeed. Work with a seasoned competitor or a personal trainer to help you get these things perfected.

Follow these few tips to help you prepare for your next figure competition. You will then have a chance at great success on the competition stage.
