    The worst part is waiting to go out. After that, it is so much fun. You will meet a lot of great people and make lots of new friends. Go out there and have fun. It's your day and you worked hard for it.

    Nice lens and good info, makes a change from all the blokes muscle building sites.
    So many of workouts seem to be aimed at guys but if you look a little deeper there are often versions for the girls as well. Looks like a great product as well.
