The "Kai" series of Play Arts action figures for Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 are 9-10" tall, extremely detailed, very posable figures which look stunning.
Most have alternate hands and weapons (opened and closed for Lightning, Serah and Vanille), and there's a couple fantastic figures of Odin and the Shiva Sisters which transform from humanoid to vehicle forms.
