Beware Of Message Boards

If you've never been to a message board, be aware....

Message boards are a great place to get information on your favorite team or conference. A lot of the time you can get the usually acurate info long before you find it the "official" site or any big name sports site. I've found it to be suprisingly informative. But be aware of the people you will encounter in these message board forums. If you are under the age of 18 I strongly suggest that you not sign in and/or participate.

Unfortunately there some pathetic people out there who have no concern for others. Some can be as threatening as they are offensive and foul mouthed. If you've never joined a message forum I suggest sticking to your big name sites like ESPN.com or Fox Sports, etc. or don't engage in posting, just read threads of interest.

    The buckeyes had a pretty good season as they lost 3 guys early in the season and still made a great run in the tournament and got into the ncaa.

    The Illinois Fighting Illini is having an awesome season for basketball. Know one saw this coming; i thought they would be worst and i wasn't looking forward to this season. But after the first game when they beat Mizzuo i was shocked! So lets hope that next season for football and basketball will be even better! Also lets hope that the Illini make it to the Final Four this season!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wisconsin seems to have the early lead for the Big Ten title. If MSU can knock them off in Madison they will probably finish first. Indy will finsih 3rd if they keep draining 3's, but they don't play enough D to win the title.

    Illinois has got to be the best program in the Big Ten in recent years. They have the best fan base and a coaching staff who is going to take them right back to the final four in a couple years. Go Illini

    When it comes down to the best coach in Big Ten Basketball, it has got to be Tom Izzo. Every 4-year player for him has made it to a final four! Other than that, both Tubby Smith and Bo Ryan have gotten the maximum out of their players despite average talent levels.

    The Fighting Illini is the Best they really haven't had the beat year but we will beat hte WHOLE BIG TEN Conferrance! Beat that! even though we don't have our mascot we are still the Bomb!...(LONG LIVE THE CHIEF!)
