Is This You In Your Business? Then It's Time To Find A Virtual Assistant

If you are a small business owner, you probably know first hand, the meaning of the term multi-tasking.

Unfortunately, in the fast paced environment that we live in today too many business owners focus on operational tasks instead of working on the areas that will ensure continued business growth.

We are all created equal when it comes to time, how you utilize the 24 hours given each day determines the level of success that you will some day experience.

Make today the day that you achieve that success, learn of the benefits of working with a virtual assistant and remember that you were not meant to do it alone.

Schedule some time to make an appointment with me to start making the most of the 24 hours that you are given each day.

What Is A Virtual Assistant Anyway?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an entrepreneur or business owner who specializes in providing primarily administrative services but can also provide a number of creative or technical services out of a home office. Read more on CAVA.

You Really Do Need A Virtual Assistant

Did you know that there are literally hundreds of tasks that you can assign to your virtual assistant? Unfortunately there is still some doubt about the industry. I've spoken with quite a few who believe that once they partner with a virtual assistant they now have to spend time training them to do the required tasks.

Not so, virtual assistants are business owners in their own right and the only time required from you is the time needed to outline your business practices and policies and expectations for the partnership.

That's right, when you outsource to a virtual assistant, you are partnering with a business owner whose primary objective is to make you a success. Imagine if you can outsource just about everything that has been stealing your time how much additional business and revenue will you be able to bring in? It will now become possible to pay your virtual assistant, pay yourself and then some.

An Example of Tasks To Outsource

Some of the most requested tasks at Five Star Executives include:

  • Transcription

  • Autoresponder Setup

  • Article Writing

  • Newsletter Updates

  • Blog Topic Research

  • Blog Updates

  • Ghost Writing

  • Website Updates

  • Landing Pages

  • Email Management

  • Call Management

  • Social Networking

These are just a few tasks that you can outsource. The only real limitations are those inflicted by your imagination. If you are unsure you can always consult with your virtual assistant and chances are they will find a way to get it done.

This really is some eye opening information. I never knew that such services existed and now that I do well its kind of left me scratching my head. Maybe not something immediately, but certainly a short way down the road.

Funny as all the services you list I currently do myself (Slowly) as well as all the promotion and marketing side, so as soon as things start to really pick up I would love to get an assistant.

Great lens, Many Thanks.
