Textbooks CAN BE Found CHEAPER than at the Campus Bookstore!
When I began my college life back in 1985 there was not thing thing called the Internet--(actually I think it was there but only a few knew about it and used it). There was really only one way to get college textbooks...the campus bookstore. Unless you had a friend with a book you could borrow you were destined to dish out some serious cash for your books.
I worked in the campus bookstore where I went to college. I vividly remember the prices of the books and when people just could not afford them. I also recall when the bookstore had is book buyback and students would not leave happy. They did not get much for their books--sometimes they did not get anything for them at all and would toss them in the trash. With new editions coming out all the time (too much) the older edition was worthless.
Since I worked at the bookstore I was always able to pick out the nicest used books for my classes before my classes began. I was totally into getting the cheapest book out there. I have even used an out of date edition for a class (kind of confusing for me--the chapters where in different order but the content was the same) it saved me about $100.
NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM THE CAMPUS BOOKSTORE! It is just way too much money. Now with the internet buying, selling, and swapping books are easier than ever.
I am listing some ways that I have found for students to get Cheaper Than The Bookstore textbooks!!
I hope it helps you save some money too. Any other ideas please let me know.
Happy Saving!

- We use Chegg to rent textbooks instead of buying them and save a lot of money! I wanted to share a promotional code that your readers can use to get a discount on their text order. Put in the code when ordering and hit the "apply" button. The code also gives you back an additional $5 when selling Chegg your used texts.
The code does NOT have an expiration date so it can be used at anytime. Here it is:

Feel free to pass this to anyone who wants to save money!
